Henrik has over 17 years experience in global financial markets, with almost a decade on Wall Street. Henrik has extensive experience across three continents as a quantitative analyst, senior research analyst and in institutional equity sales.
Henrik holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University. Henrik is a CFA charterholder and also an Honorary Senior Advisor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Monash University.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA majoring in Finance and Economics with 4 years experience in technology consulting at PwC. His strong interest in finance and macroeconomics complemented by work experience led him to be an active investor in crypto assets since 2017. In addition, he has developed a passion for researching innovative solutions to traditional financial problems, namely in the DeFi world of lending, borrowing and fixed income.
Matthew has been actively investing in the crypto markets for 5 years and holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, majoring in Accounting. Matthew contributes to the investment team with portfolio construction by researching and analysing the latest crypto protocols. Matthew is passionate about adding value to the founding teams of Apollo’s early stage investments through advisory on tokenomics and strategy.
Marc has 25 years of experience as a software entrepreneur and technology venture capitalist, and has directed successful investments for top-tier funds in Silicon Valley and Australia including Battery Ventures, Macquarie Funds, and Roc Partners. Marc has been an active angel and portfolio investor in the crypto asset space since 2017. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University.
Tudor is a software developer with five years of professional experience and a published technical researcher, holding a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from ANU. He has been involved in crypto since 2017 with a handful of projects under various roles ranging from front-end to smart contract development and on-chain analyst. In 2020 he started developing quantitative trading tools and published an open-source quant trading library.
Harmohit “Mohit” is a software developer with extensive big-data modeling experience in various fields, from epidemiology to particle physics. Under the guidance of the Doherty Institute and Monash University, Mohit researched stochastic epidemiological models for COVID-19, receiving numerous global awards for his work. Mohit also received recognition for his performance in algorithmic-problem-solving competitions from the likes of Oxford University. Mohit has held a strong interest in crypto assets for many years, having first invested in 2018.
Brad holds a Masters of Business Administration with bachelor degrees in Commerce and Sports Management. After completing a successful career as an AFL player for Hawthorn Football Club, he has extended his business acumen through sitting on multiple boards and working with the ABC over the past 7 years. In addition, Brad has been an early and active investor in crypto-assets for the past 3 years.
Michael has over 30 years of global markets, institutional strategy consulting and alternative asset portfolio management experience. Michael works as an independent consultant to assist fund managers in the development of investment solutions and education of wealth management and superannuation clients within alternatives. Michael previously held the role of Head of Investment Consulting for Mercer (Australia).
Domenic is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience of combining his passion for business and technology. He is the Founder & Chairman of Banxa Holdings Inc (TSX-v: BNXA), a payments company in the digital asset space and is also Co-Founder & Director of global social commerce company Crowd Media (ASX: CM8). In 2000 at the age of 25, Domenic was the youngest CEO of a public company in Australian history.
Tim Johnston oversees operations and business at Apollo Crypto, a crypto asset fund manager bringing institutional asset management to a new asset class. Tim draws upon experience from both traditional financial services and technology investing. On the finance side, Tim is a CFA charterholder, previously worked at DMP Asset Management, a boutique Australian equities fund manager, and was part of the investment team at Hesta super fund, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. On the technology side, Tim is an angel investor and has been actively involved in crypto markets for over 5 years.
